My tracking number does not show any information, why?

Can my order be delivered to my workplace?

Yes, this is possible. Simply enter your full name and the correct shipping address when placing your order. It can be either your home or work address, but ensure the details are entered accurately.

My expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?

Orders are delivered within the estimated time frame in 99% of cases. However, sometimes delays occur. If your package has not arrived 3 days past the expected delivery time, please contact us at support@clarks-boutique.co

Some items are missing from my order. Why?

Since we work with multiple suppliers, products may be shipped separately in different packages. If an item is missing, it usually arrives within 2-3 days. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Returns

I am not satisfied with my order. How can I return it?

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Note: Returns for underwear, swimwear, and cosmetic products are not accepted for hygiene reasons. Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
